3. Order & Lead Time
QWhat is the production lead time?
Standard orders take 3–10 working days (3–7 days for glasses cloth, 5–8 days for jewelry bags, 7–10 days for velvet bags). Customized orders may take 2–3 extra working days depending on complexity.
QCan I place a sample order first?
Yes. Sample orders are available (MOQ 1–10pcs) with a lead time of 3–5 working days. Sample fees are refundable when your bulk order reaches 3000pcs.
4. Shipping & Logistics

We support Alibaba Trade Assurance (T/T), L/C, Western Union, and PayPal. For orders over $5000, 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment is acceptable.
