1. What materials are available for custom jewelry pouches?
We manufacture jewelry pouches using a wide variety of materials, including pink suede fabric, PU leather, leather paper, satin, velvet, fake suede fabric, cotton fabric, and others based on request.
2. Can I order custom sizes and print a custom logo?
Yes, custom sizes are welcomed. We support different branding options such as white silk screen printing, hot stamping, 4C+ printing, embossing, and UV printing, depending on the material's properties for the best effect.
3. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per size. However, we also support smaller quantities for testing or trial orders.
4. How long does the sampling and production process take?
Sampling usually takes 4-6 days (or 1-2 days for simple samples without a logo). Mass production has a lead time of 25-30 days, which is confirmed based on the final quantity and style selected.
5. What packaging options and shipping methods are supported?
We pack items using a cost-efficient paper sleeve structure or custom cardboard paper/mid-corrugated cartons. Delivery is available by boat, airfreight, or major express couriers (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT). Express is recommended for shipments under 200kg or 1CBM.
6. What are the payment terms for orders?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining balance paid prior to shipment after successful inspection. For transactions under $2,000, we suggest using Western Union to help save on bank handling fees.
