What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your bag design (product photo, material, size, color, logo or Sketch). If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage.
Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Because our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to control the cost, we have set a MOQ, which is 500pcs or 1000pcs each style.

How does the sampling process work?
Sample Time: 5-7 days. If the bag sample is urgent or very simple, we can finish within 3 days.
Sample Cost: It depends on the sample style and quantity. Customers will bear the shipping cost for sending the samples. We support Paypal to receive the sample cost payment.

What are the logo customization options?
Screen printing: Cost depends on its size and colors. Please send us your artwork in JPG, GIF, PDF or AI format (300dpi resolution recommended).
Embroidery: Cost depends on its size and logo content. Please send us your artwork for analysis.
Heat transfer printing: Requires plate cost (Normally US$100.00 each plate). It is suitable for gradient color printing or all-over printing.

What is the typical production timeline?
Usually we take 30-40 days to produce the bags after getting the order, including material purchasing, packing, and QC checking. We always keep in touch with the buyer during the whole process of production in order to stay informed about any updates.

What is the payment term for orders?
By T/T. Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of BL.
